40th Anniversary

40 years ago today my parents were married! I feel so thankful that I was raised in a home with both parents. Yesterday Jerrus and I had a small backyard luncheon to celebrate.

Easter Sunday

Happy Easter! Hope everyone has had a wonderful day with their families and at their church services today! We had a good service and Sunday School class. Ty got to pass out easter baskets and cards to all his little church friends this morning, it made his day & all the kids were so excited :)

A Lazy Sunday

The past few days have been a little too busy to take many pictures or blog. I decided a lazy Sunday would be the perfect opportunity to catch up! Jerrus enjoyed working close to home this past week and it was nice having him home early every day!

The weather is really warming up and Ty is loving it, I cannot wait for it to get warm enough to set up his pool. In the mean time Ty has found the dogs' water dish to keep cool...gross

We are really looking forward to Jerrus' brother's family coming to visit us this week! Can's wait for Ty to get to play with his cousins.

We've been try to teach him how to say their names. He has got McCana ("Nana") and Caleb ("Eb") but we are still working on McKhelen.

Working hard or hardly working? March 29th, 2011

For the past several months my dad has had his trailer up at the lake. Needless to say we havent seen much of him and Ty has been missing his 'Papa' something awful. Sunday the trailer was brought home and Ty is once again in papa's shadow!

The weather is so beautiful in California right now! We are really enjoying spring and are hoping that the rainstorms are behind us!! Dad thought he would take advantage of the weather and split some wood outside with the help of his little sidekick :)
